KCA is a charity and a company limited by guarantee, established in 1975. The organisation has many years experience delivering drug, alcohol and mental health services and an established network of service centres in London and the South East.

KCA has a history of providing innovative services tailored to meet local needs, many of which are detailed in our Impact Report, including
- Substance Misusing Parents: working jointly with Social Services to support substance misusing parents and their children
- Sunlight Project: working with the children of substance misusing parents
- Cycle Recycle: a Social Enterprise scheme providing training and work experience to stabilised substance misusers
- RisKit: a programme working with vulnerable young people in schools
- Horizon: innovative personalised day programmes focussing on recovery
- Naloxone: training in the administration of Naloxone to prevent overdose deaths
- Psychological Therapy services delivered face to face in GP surgeries and by telephone from a Single Point of Contact
