Who is the service for?

KCA's Young Persons' Service is for young people between 10 and 17 who wish to access advice, information and support around their alcohol/drug use. The work with the drug and alcohol worker is focused around the young person, but we welcome and value the views and involvement of families and carers.

Advice and information on substance misuse and alcohol
Diversionary activities, including music and video workshops
Early Intervention for 'at risk' children
Family groups
Harm reduction services
Managed groups in schools, colleges and youth centres
One to One keyworking
Outreach service
Parents' support group
Substitute prescribing

Opening Hours

Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm

Drop In Service: Wednesday: 3.30pm to 5pm

Parents' Support Group: Tuesday 5pm to 8pm
