You can ask a parent, carer, teacher, Connexions worker, your GP or another adult to call us on your behalf.

We will ask you for information about you and about the reasons you are calling.  This might take about 15 minutes so if you' re calling from your mobile phone you'll need to make sure it's charged and has enough credit.  Or you can give us your number and we'll call you back.  We won't give your number to anyone else unless you say we can.

If you are under 16, you may need the agreement of a parent or carer or responsible adult to see us.

One of our specialist young persons' workers will contact you to arrange an appointment at a time and place to suit you.   You can ask to be seen by a male or female worker.

If you think there is anything that might stop you coming to KCA - a language or mobility difficulty or other personal issues - please let us know and we will do our best to over come these.
