Christina Crotty
Christina has several years experience working within the mental health field, and has worked in the drugs field for ten years, developing a particular interest in family related issues and young people. Christina has developed and delivered a vast range of training programmes, including over 25 accredited Open College Network modules. She is accredited to deliver Safeguarding training and is a trainer and moderator for OCN courses and portfolios.
Qualifications:
- City and Guilds Certificate in Delivering Learning
- NOCN - Level 3 Tutor Assessor Award & Level 3 Internal Moderators Award
- BACP - Certificate in Counselling ELU
Kim Cottington
Kim Cottington has been with KCA for over 7 years, initially within the adult service in Thanet, before becoming National Training Officer based in Gravesend. Kim then moved into the Young Persons' Service as a practitioner for 2 years before becoming Workforce Development Coordinator for the Young Persons' Team. This new role happily merges Kim's experience in working with children and young people and her skills as a trainer.
Before joining KCA, Kim was a recognised trainer for BT, training new employees to work within a busy switchroom environment receiving local and international operator calls as well as managing 999 call traffic.
