Training and Professional Development

KCA has created a curriculum of excellent DANOS based training packages which have been accredited by the National Open College Network (NOCN) to Level 3 (equivalent to NVQ Level 3 or 'A' Level).

KCA is committed to ensuring that its staff are trained to the appropriate professional occupational standard and people who join KCA with professional qualifications are encouraged to pursue continued professional development through relevant and appropriate internal and external training funded by KCA and has recently been awarded Investors in People status.
